UC was founded as Pristine Creation Sdn Bhd in 2005 and has been operating in Seberang Jaya, Butterworth, Penang. In 2015, UC was born to cater to non-GST customers. With over 18 years of experience in the northern Malaysian market, we have expanded our services to central Kuala Lumpur.

UC was founded by Nathan Wong and Kristine Leong, both experienced professionals in the creative and marketing industry. We firmly believe that excellent customer service is the key to delivering customer success.
